Here you will find all of the information you need to understand exactly why you should advsetise your home with Villas2Go4. How much will it cost to advertise my home on Villas2Go4?
  There is an initial one off registration fee of £40.00/$80.00 which includes a special offer of Premier Membership free for the first year. Premium Membership offers many advantages such as; late deals, villas featured on the homepage, change your photos as often as you want and much much more! You simply pay a fixed amount of £37.00 / $80.00 per week (£7.00 / $15.00 per night for part-week bookings of 3 nights or less) booked via Villa2Go4.
 
Are there any risks associated with advertising on Villas2Go4?
  NO! After your initial registration fee you only pay as you receive income. So you have absolutely nothing to lose and everything to gain.
 
I have my own Terms and Conditions of rental, how is this handled?
  Villas2Go4 has 12 standard Terms and Conditions that can be selected and tailored to your requirements. In addition to this, there are five blank user defined Terms and Conditions that you can fill in yourself. These Terms and Conditions are presented to the guest prior to them making a booking.
 
How do I register?
  Registration is quick, simple and free. Simply select Villa Registration from the menu at the top of the screen and follow the on-screen instructions. You will be asked to supply details of your villa and all of the rooms within it, so please have any necessary room descriptions etc. to hand whilst registering.
 
How long does it take to register?
  Providing you have all of your information to hand, registration should take about 45 minutes.
 
How do I know the registration worked?
  You will receive a registration confirmation e-mail from Villas2Go4 welcoming you to the site. This e-mail should be saved as it confirms your VillaID and your username and password.
 
Can I change my villa listing details after registration?
  YES! You simply logon to the members area of the website where you can alter any of your personal contact details, villa listing details and rate/availability information. However, to add/change photographs of your villa listing there will be an admin charge of £5.00/$10.00 per photo to add/change (upto a maximum charge of £20/$40 per set of new / replacement photo's).

   
I have added a booking but the arrival and departure dates are not shown as booked on the calendar?
  The arrival/departure dates are only shown as booked if another guest is arriving/departing on the same day. This is so potential guests can see that these days are available for arrival or departure (as appropriate). If they were shown as booked potential guests may not realise that they can still arrive or depart on these days.
 
I need to quote my villa's rates in both GBP and USD, how is this handled?
  Villa2Go4 allows you to enter both GBP and USD rates for your villa. All booking quotes are presented to the guest in both GBP and USD.
 
I have different rates for my villa depending on the time of year. How is this handled?
  Villas2Go4 allows you to enter rates (in both GBP and USD) for Peak, High, Medium and Low seasons. You enter these rates per calendar year. You then select which parts of the calendar year are subject to which rate.
 
I have items such as a Welcome Pack that I offer to guests. Can I include these?
  Villas2Go4 allows you to specify and price upto five optional sale items. These are presented to the guest as options during the booking process.
 
Can I update the availability calendar with my existing bookings?
  YES! Infact, it is essential that your availability calendar is kept upto date with all of your bookings, to stop potential guets trying to book weeks that have already been booked.
 
I offer a discount for bookings which are three weeks or longer. How is this handled?
  You can specify such a discount as a lump sum in both GBP and USD.
 
For bookings less than 7 days i charge a supplement. How is this handled?
  You can specify such a supplement as a lump sum in both GBP and USD. Additionally, you can even specify if you dont accept bookings of less than seven days.

   
How is the cost of the booking calculated?
  Daily rates are used to calculate the cost of bookings with a duration of less than 7 days, whilst weekly rates are used to calculate the costs of bookings with a duration of 7 days or over. The cost of each booked day is calculated at the applicable rate (either peak, high, medium or low). So for a two week booking where the first week is peak and the second week high, one week would be calculated at peak rate and the other calculated at high rate.
 
Are my personal contact details displayed on the website?
  NO! The guest books your villa on-line via the Villas2Go4 website. This way the website does all of the work, you just sit back an wait for us to automatically notify you when a guest has placed a booking.
 
How does a guest find my villa?
  Potential guests will use the Search facility of Villas2Go4 to locate the villa's that meet their personal criteria. They can search based upon a variety of information, including; availability, number of bedrooms, area and location, resort name, price etc.. After locating your villa the guest can see detailed information about your villa (includnig your photo's), check availability and rates, and then proceed to booking.
 
How am I notified of a booking?
  When a guest books your villa via Villas2Go4 you will receive a booking notification via e-mail. This booking notification will give full details of the booking minus the guests contact details. Once you confirm you want the booking you are notified of the guests contact details.
 
How do I confirm a booking?
  When you receive an e-mail booking notification you simply logon to the Villas2Go4 members area (using the username and password you selected during registration). You can then view all un-confirmed bookings and will have the option to confirm or decline each of them individually. Once you have confirmed you want the booking you will be given access to the guests contact details to arrange payment of the deposit etc.
 
After confirming a booking do I need to update the Availability Calendar?
  NO! When you confirm you want to accept a booking your availability calendar is automatically updated.
 
So when do I owe Villas2Go4 their booking fee?
  You only pay Villas2Go4 the appropriate booking fee after you have received a booking notification and subsequently confirmed that you want the booking. At that point you are liable to pay Villas2Go4 £37/$80 per week or part week.
 
So how do I know how much to pay Villas2Go4 and when?
  We will send you a statement each calendar month stating the amount you owe Villas2Go4.

   
My villa has disappeared from the search results?
  As a member of Villas2Go4 you are obliged to ensure that your availability calendar is kept up to date. If you do not update your calendar for a period of 28 days your villa will be automatically be disabled. To re-enable your villa simply update your availability calendar, you do not need to contact Villas2Go4.
