The villa is set on a small gated community in a rural conservation area, but only 4 mins to highway 192 for many shops and restaurants. The west facing pool which overlooks the lake is ideal for viewing the wonderful sunsets. The covered lanai with ceiling fan over large table and chairs is ideal for alfreso dining or perhaps a BBQ. The living area and master bedroom have doors leading out to the pool. Loungers are provided for relaxing in the Florida sunshine. |
