Terms and conditions of advertising on Villas2go4
Warranties
	The owner/advertiser warrants that the information proved is accurate and correct, that the home is regularly maintained including the pool and kept in a clean and tidy condition. The owner/advertiser is required to maintain their availability calendar on Villas2Go4.COM on a regular basis. A minimum requirement is for the owner/advertiser to update their calendar once every three weeks.
Liability
	Villas2go4 will not accept any liability for any consequential loss whatsoever to the owner/advertiser however caused from the use of their web site.
Bookings
	All bookings made are between the guest and the homeowner/advertiser Villas2go4 will take bookings on behalf of the owner/advertiser on a collection basis only, with the contract still being between the guest and the homeowner.
Termination
	Villas2go4 reserves the right to remove a listing at any time, requests must be made in writing by the owner/advertiser to remove their web site listing.
Charges
	The charge for using our web site is to pay Villas2go4.COM £37.00 / $80.00 per week (£7.00 / $15.00 per night for part-week bookings of 3 nights or less) booked via Villa2Go4.COM. This charge would be invoiced to the owner/advertiser 7 days after the booking has been accepted by the owner/advertiser. Payment would be required within 10 days of the date of the invoice. Failure to pay will result in the owner/advertisers listing being removed from the web site.
